The owner has the patience of a saint. He is willing to help you if you have just the minimal amount rationality to be alive. If you don't, and you place a dead fish in a bag of water in order for the water to be tested and can't understand how you have just now tainted the water, then you shouldn't be taking care of fish or people for that matter.
Just saw a video of him trying to explain to a customer why he can't test her water while theres a dead fish in the bag. To be honest he is one of the calmest nicest guys around I don't know what she did to get him so aggravated like that. this store is quality fish and quality service.
What a great place. The owner is very informative and let's you know how to take care of your fish. Very reasonable prices. Worth the trip from Tennesee most definitely. Also the lady from the YouTube video was crazy and unreasonable.

Great fresh water fish selection. Super friendly and helpful owner. He gave us great information and I love that the store is color coded green community fish yellow and red are not it's very helpful. Great prices on fish where great. Could use some updates inside but don't let that fool you.
