Mr Jim has awsome story hrs:) However the staff is not very friendly they don't answer your questions properly and there's always issues with them checking my stuff in on time. I always get late fees when I know I have returned things on time when you ask for a list of things that they want to charge you for they give you attitude and act like you're asking so much of them sorry I want to know what I'm being charged for. Also I heard a staff member on the phone saying they don't Reserve any books that's done at most every other Library so this is just odd . I keep going to this Library because it is near my home hoping to have a more positive experience then the last time but that hasn't happened and it's very sad. I've been to Livonia, Plymouth, Dearborn, and had great experiences and none of these issues ever I honestly don't know if I'll ever go back. I think I'd rather drive a half an hour some place else and have a better experience and be able to get everything I need and interaction with friendly staff:(

Not much of a books collection, mostly fiction nothing of serious nature, very few magazines. Nice building and good kids area.
