Today was my first time there and I had a great experience getting my teeth cleaned and an infected gum taken care of. Dawn, the hygienist, was thorough, very kind, informative, and she answered all of my questions clearly. Dr. Harness was just as great and I loved the time she took to answer more of my questions and explain procedures. And Jordan at the front desk was very kind and detailed as well! Everyone I met today was really cool. They were all very friendly, inviting, and professional. I also really liked their office, which also felt friendly!
Absolutely the best dental experience ever! My hygienist, Dawn was extremely informative, and made me feel very comfortable. I needed to have root planing done, a deep cleaning that Dawn did an excellent job explaining and then staying to complete for me. My exam with Dr. Harness was perfect. I never felt like my previous Dentist really listened to my concerns. Dr. Harness took the time to look at every one of my X-rays in detail and compare them with what she saw in my mouth. Who knew my ear pain could be related to a poor bite?! Jordyne had already checked my insurance before I got to the office, and even got me all scheduled to come back before I was done with my cleaning! Iveth, the dental assistant stopped in to meet me as a new patient, and assured me she would take good care of me for my filling appointments. I’ve never felt so good about a dental visit before, and I feel like I’m finally in good hands. I HIGHLY recommend this office!
The best dental staff around. Very personable, professional and caring. All the staff make you feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Harness is amazing and explains all the procudres to the fullest, she is very very knowledgeable and gets the job done to the "T" making you feel great before leaving. Dr. Harness redid a crown for me and it fits and feels better than my first one. If you need a teeth cleaning I highly recommend Dawn. She is awesome, friendly, knowledgeable and knows her stuff. Jordan the receptionist is professional and sociable and is there to get you in asap.. Honestly all the staff made me feel welcome and took the time to make me feel comfortable. 100% will be going back no questions about it.
I had a great first patient exam at Tru Family Dental. Dawn did a thorough cleaning and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit - I left with my teeth feeling smooth and polished. Dr. Harness also has a great background in dentistry and I could tell her experience coupled with her education from the top Dental school in the Nation put me in great hands!
