Been going here for a few years on Saturday nights for COSMIC BOWLING. Some Saturday's are better than others.
My kids and I have been here three times recently. The first time was so so, with no power in the bathroom, no food availability (on a Saturday afternoon?), and limited ball availability. Second trip was worse. Still no food, no bumpers offered despite being with small children, and still no food. The card reader wasn't working so I was forced to follow around a guy for twenty minutes until we could bowl. Third time was the worst of all. Got moved not once, but three times. Paid hourly and yet when our lane malfunctioned we had to go and get the service crew, twice, and didn't have time back offered. That process chewed thirty minutes off of our time. The crew looked lost at best. I will credit them for giving me a quick refund after I went to complain the second time our lane malfunctioned and no on responded to the second call. Of course this was done with the comment "we don't give refunds, but I know you waited a lot." Why even say anything? Get your crew together and trained, and figure out why things aren't working, new management.
Nice place to bowl. Had been there for my kids school bowling trip. Children really enjoyed bowling with their friends.
I practice here with my bowling team. And it's okay. The prices of their food is kind of ridiculous. And they have technical difficulties a lot of times but overall it's ok.
They didn't have light weight balls for ky wife. We were about to walk out and they brought one from somewhere. After about an hour owner came, he was very nice and gave us an extra game
