Often closed when we try to visit during work hours with no signs posted. May be more efficient to have one desk for all departments, it's like a grocery store with a separate checkout counter for each item.

Extremely unprofessional.

awful people to deal with. they have no morals and don't care for anything you tell them even if you are right. they charged me extra to get a inspection when i closed on a house for no reason and charged me again after a couple weeks for the actual inspection. when i called and confronted them they gave me a b.s excuse and would not refund me the extra money i paid. they came to the house 5 times and each time told me something different.they have been a nightmare to deal with to the point i just want to leave the city. they are thieves that have no communication between each other and completely unethical .

Awful and rude people that work here, the mayor is very incompetent and I don't think understands what's exactly going on. You have a question for ordinances they usually can't answer it, and the building department is just as bad. You're always in what feels like limbo because it seems no one actually knows what's going on. The secretary for the mayor is beyond rude l, none of them have any people skills at all. My wife and I can't wait to leave this abysmal city.

I left work early in order to pay my bill and got there at 4:58 because it was the earliest I possibly could. When I arrived, the door was already locked and at exactly 5, the entire staff was walking out and laughed at me as they told me they were closed. When I said it had literally just turned 5, they laughed again and said yep! And continued walking and gossiping amongst themselves. They didnt even bother to direct me to the Dropbox, which was the very least they could have done.

Sad to see so many bad comments about our city. I really do not understand why they stopped with the rat bait box. Sad to see so many people want out. I was ALWAYS treated well, except for help with the bait box. My neighbor said maybe the city ran out of money. She said they bought lots of new vehicles for employees....is this true?

Just like any other city office, the workers are lazy, rude, and act like you are a total inconvenience when you're trying to do something productive, like pay your water bill.
